NEW TOUR DATES
A great many of new tour dates have been confirmed for the second leg of The Tour At Your Door. The first leg in September-November 2011 included many memorable nights, such as Mario's Metal Meeting, Aaltjesrock and the NEVER CRY WOLF release party. With those gigs in memory you probably won't find it surprising that we are really looking forward to the coming gigs, starting off with a couple of shows with our friends from SOLARFAL, doing a support show for PICTURE and two support shows for BLAZE BAYLEY (UK) of which one will be joined by David's former band METHUSALEM and friends ROADKILL. Also included are some indoor festivals, like Metal Sound Fest and Emmen Metal Fest, as well as Biton Open Air in summer. More dates are being planned as we speak. We'll keep you informed!

Expanding our networks wherever we go, we have teamed up with Metal Sound booking agency. Already the first options for gigs are being scheduled, as are plans for touring abroad through the Belgium and Italian departments of Metal Sound!

HEAVY NEW YEAR
Today, another year has passed. And what a blast that was! We did the second leg of A Beast Of A Tour with highlights playing at Meesterlijk Metaal VIII, supporting BLAZE BAYLEY, playing in front of a loaded W2 venue and closing down the third day of the Prilpop festival. We recorded and released our second full-length album NEVER CRY WOLF which already received tons of positive reviews and feedback from all over the world. In September-November we did the first couple of shows for The Tour At Your Door of which most memorable were Mario's Metal Meeting 5 where we played with TOKYO BLADE, the Aaltjesrock festival, the NEVER CRY WOLF cd release party and the show in Nijmegen with our friends from MERCYFUL FAKE and SUBSTANCE. We also signed a deal this year with Rock N Growl Promotion, released our first two podcast videos and the HEARTS OF STEEL music video on YouTube, the latter of which had over 1500 views in the first week. Furthermore, there have been way over a hundred thousand visits to www.lordvolture.com by people living in all continents, Antarctica excepted.
We look back at a successful year in which we as a band grew in a great variety of ways. With 2012 ahead of us we prepare for more NL shows, tours in the rest of Europe, the recordings of our third album and many more chances to meet all of you! We wish you and your families and friends good health and lots of luck for the coming year. Stay honest, stay proud, stay metal!
